Where does the time go? Same old tune for everyone it seems: by too quickly! I am grateful a ton of my time passing is spent in creative pursuit. This weekend will be no different as I'll be sharing more of my ideas, inspirations, exercises, methods and madness while teaching at Donna Downey's dreamy studio in North Carolina. Three days chock-full of fun and play. As I've barely promoted it, (that time flying thing wins the battle sometimes, ok, a lot of the time) there's still a few spots; if any of you are feeling spontaneous, we'd love to have you join us!
I'll be leading lots of exercises - your only requirement is no mental investment in the outcome as we go along- and we'll be making lots of pleasing things on paper, in art journals, and on wood panels. Cutting & pasting, drawing, painting, coloring, etc. Art journaling and painting for three days with fellow creatives in a studio with all my favorite supplies at our fingertips? = hooray!
And just like all my other in person teaching engagements this year, these students get a little mini painting gift. Currently still in progress ;).
A colorful, art filled weekend of fun is guaranteed. Can't wait to be done with all the prep and be there having fun!! See some of you very soon! ;D
