For her birthday, Amy threw a Julia Child themed dinner party. She assigned a different dish to each of us and we tried to dress a la Julia in dresses and cardigans and pearls. She did a great job and it was so much fun (and delicious too).Can you see that adorable banner she made? It's got photos of all the dinner party attendees on the flags. Her home looked beautiful as always; she is such a great entertainer, no detail goes unattended. Here she is looking pretty with pal Jenny Doh (who, by the way, is having a Lynn Whipple/Lynne Perella giveaway on her blog right now). One of the gifts I gave her was a painting of a ferris wheel, as we had been having lots of conversations about it and the ferris wheel was her idea to start with. I'll show you more photos when I get them (hint hint). Anyway, happy birthday Miss Amy! xo
